Dr. Tee here (Trinna Kirkland) I am a Minister of Christ, RN Administrator/Educator, holistic practitioner, wellness coach, change agent, credit pro, Army veteran, and founder of NurseFromBirth. I am finally discovering true happiness through holistic wellness practice and am looking forward to sharing it ALL with you. My mission is to EMPOWER others to live their best lives at work and at play. Here is What I Do and How I Do It.
How I Empower Others
- Holistic Wellness Practice considers all dimensions of wellness including : physical, emotional, spiritual, environmental, occupational, financial, social, and intellectual.
- Healthcare Consulting for Organizational Excellence (Quality Improvement, Infection Control, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Training, Project Management etc.)
- Nursing Student Coaching/Mentoring (all levels pre-nursing thru post-graduate, specializing in guiding the DNP project) I bring over 35 years of nursing experience to the table.
- CPR and Emergency Care Instruction (Organizations and Individuals)
- Mental Health First Aid Instructor Certified to teach Adults (adults helping adults) and Youth (adults helping youth)

I am so proud of you, you are smart, kind, willing to share your knowledge and you are a great team player, proud to call you my mentor. The sky is your limits, your job is equivalent to a Doctors in nursing with your critical thinking skills and professionalism, so adding the tittle is an icing to the cake.
